MARKETING . . .

From the farm to the table, the beach plum provides many diverse marketing opportunities. Our farmers are growing these plants in orchards and vineyards for fruit production to make jams, jellies, juice concentrate, and wine. These products can be found on the menus of popular restaurants in the Cape May County area. The beach plum is also being cultivated for horticultural applications and environmental restoration as a native plant.
